About

Our NHYLA registered boys 10U team will play on a short field with less players, full pads required.

We will have regular, weekly practices in Keene, and will travel for games within New Hampshire

**Due to the smaller team size on the field, we will only be able to allow a maximum of 13 players to sign up for the 10U Travel team**

Equipment Needed

Full pads are required, this includes:

• Helmet (NOCSAE approved)

• Men's style lacrosse stick

• Gloves

• Shoes (cleats or athletic shoes

• Protective Cup

• Arm Pads

• Shoulder Pads (NOCSAE approved)

• Mouthguard

*Note, there are additional required items for goalies, and these will be reviewed if your child wishes to be a goalie

You can find equipment at most sports retailers or online.  Buying used equipment off of facebook marketplace is also an option.  There are multiple starter sets available at the following retailers:

Practices

Our practices will be in the Keene area.  Prior to outdoor field availability, we will be hosting practices in the Fieldhouse in Swanzey.  Once, weather permits, we will be moving practices outside. 

Once we are able to be outside, our practices will be twice weekly on Monday and Thursday from 5:30-7:00 PM

Your athlete should be able to arrive at practice slightly early so that they can put on pads and equipment and be ready to start at 5:30

Rules Overview

Per NHYLA regulations, this league will be playing on a shorter field with 7 players on each team on the field (6 field players, and one goalie)

Limited stick checking is allowed, however, there is NO body checking
